Refund Policy

Custom-printed work

Because printing is produced specifically for you, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If your order arrives with a defect or does not match your approved proof, contact us promptly and we will make it right — typically by reprinting the affected pieces.

Errors on approved proofs

We proof carefully, but we print what you approve. Errors present in an approved proof (typos, wrong images, layout choices) are not eligible for a free reprint. When in doubt, ask us to double-check before you approve.
